Albuquerque's Best Yoga Studios

HolidayEatingGuideBlog

You’re feeling distracted.

You might even be reading this to not do something else you probably should be focused on.

This is just one of the many distractions you have on a daily, hourly, and even minute by minute basis.

Life will do that to you.

How do you stay focused on what truly matters to you? Family. Work. Friends. Getting/Staying in shape. Becoming the next President of your Beanie Babies club. Something else.

You start practicing Yoga.

Yoga is an amazing meditative practice that will help you live your live with more intention. It will increase your mindfulness, making you more aware of the distractions in your life that are keeping you from goals.

Distractions could be anything and are different for everyone. Work may be a goal for one person and a distraction for another. It can be anything.

You start wondering how this is different than Hot Yoga.

Hot Yoga takes it to the next level by creating an extreme environment with heat and humidity.

You are learning to be comfortable with the uncomfortable. You are learning to respond instead of reacting to stimulation. Now that you know all of this you are probably wondering where to start.

Albuquerque has a great yoga community with a variety of studios offering classes for all experience levels.

Whether you are a beginner or advanced Yogi you will be able to find a class that fits you.

We may be a bit biased, as you can attend any of these classes with a Fit Mix membership, but we think that these are the best yoga studios in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque.

But don’t believe us. Check out their Google Review rating and comments left about the studios.

Vivify Hot Yoga

4.8/5
Rio Rancho

“Talk about a gorgeous space with talented instructors. Everything from the lighting, the art work, the children's playroom, to the showers. They did a great job and it's about time! New Mexico has been needing a space like this! I was also happy to see some familiar instructors that use to teach in Albuquerque as well. The talent and energy their instructors offer is refreshing to say the least! A must if you are looking for a studio to call home in Rio Rancho.”

Blissful Spirits Hot Yoga

4.7/5
Albuquerque, Rio Rancho

“I can’t rave enough about this studio! They have one of the largest selections of class times and class options. I’ve been attending this studio on and off for about 3 years and have never been disappointed! And if you know anything about specialty gyms they can be quite pricey but I will say they are very reasonable and also have happy hour prices! Not to mention almost all of the instructors are amazing!”

“Great classes for beginners like myself. Each instructor has there own sequence they follow, which keeps things challenging. However the pace of the classes and the emphasis on certain postures makes it ideal to keep up with the class and learn”

“I have dabbled in yoga for awhile now, but it wasn’t until recently when I found Yoga By Julia that I became hooked. Yoga by Julia offers a safe and non-judgmental environment to practice yoga. The instructors offer detailed instructions to help you learn and grow through your practice and are always upbeat and encouraging. I go to Yoga by Julia when I need a workout, a place to find calm and relaxation, and when I need to be around people who make me smile and feel good. I am so thankful I found this spot!
